Situated in an old building in Gothenburg, Sweden, this one-bedroom apartment is characterized as a carefully designed layout and open plan interior with bright colours, white oak floors and elegant wall moldings.
Rich with different textures, this charming interior with Scandinavian character reflects the old architecture of the building. This small interior with its exposed brick walls, rustic pieces of furniture, and light and airy space, gets a lovely and warm harmony.
Despite the small area, there is successfully incorporated a separate bedroom. Since the bedroom hasn’t enough space for a wardrobe, owners decided to place the built-in closet in the hallway. In the place of the old bath now is the kitchen, dining and living room in an open layout. The built kitchen island with exposed brick discreetly separates the kitchen from the living room and gives the apartment a warm and rustic appearance.
